Your account is restored by a verified reset from a system administrator — the most secure route on a private network, with no reset links travelling by email.
Verify your identity with them in person, by phone or by internal message. They will set a temporary password from Admin → Users; change it as soon as you sign in.
Suppliers: contact your buyer contact at Backbone Solutions and they will arrange the reset.
